Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 5 to 8 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. You will be notified by email about the shipping status and receive a tracking code.

Returns

The product can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in its original packaging and without signs of use. The customer must contact us and follow the indicated return instructions. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method.

Customised products, including the ones purchased with a 24k Gold Vermeil finish, cannot be returned.

Jewellery Care

Designed and handcrafted in Portugal. Our artisanal production process makes each piece unique.

Care

We recommend avoiding contact with chemicals, water, and humidity. Whenever you're not wearing your jewelry, store it in its original packaging. Do not submerge natural stones, especially pearls, turquoise, and other porous minerals. Learn more in the Jewelry Care Guide .
