Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SOPRO Jewellery. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our online shop and the purchase of products through our website. By making a purchase, the customer fully accepts the terms described below.

SOPRO Jewellery is a registered trademark owned by Ideias Sublinhadas Lda, with registered office at Rua Sociedade Nacional de Fósforos 68, 4150-037 Porto, registered under number 514 197 986.

3. Products and Prices

The prices shown on the website are in Euros (€), unless changed automatically by Shopify, and include VAT at the legal rate in force. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, except for orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders and Payment

Customers can place orders via the website, following the checkout process. The payment methods accepted are: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal and MB WAY. Once payment has been confirmed, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 to 8 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary according to destination and are indicated during the purchase process. The customer will be informed by e-mail of the status of the shipment and will receive a tracking code.

6. Right of Free Cancellation

The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, without the need for justification, in accordance with Portuguese law.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact us at iwant@soprojewellery.com and follow the return instructions indicated.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method.T

he products must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use and in the original packaging.

7. Warranty and Claims

If the product is defective, the customer must contact us and provide proof of the defect. If the claim is valid, SOPRO Jewellery undertakes to repair, replace or refund the value of the product.

8. Data protection

Customers' personal data is used exclusively for order processing and will not be shared with third parties without consent. The customer has the right to access, rectify or delete their personal data at any time.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may resort to the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centre in their area of residence or to the European Union's online dispute resolution platform.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
