Welcome to SOPRO Jewellery. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our online store and the purchase of products through our website. By making a purchase, the customer fully accepts the terms described below.

2. Products and Prices
The prices shown on the website are in Euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, except for orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Orders and Payment
Customers can place orders through the website by following the checkout process. The following payment methods are accepted: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Klarna and MB WAY. After payment confirmation, customers will receive an email with their order confirmation.
When you pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon and is not yet in inventory. The full amount is charged immediately. If the order has been processed, you cannot cancel it.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 8 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. The customer will be informed by email about the status of the shipment and will receive a tracking code.
5. Right of Free Resolution
The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, without justification, in accordance with Portuguese law.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact us via email at iwant@soprojewellery.com and follow the return instructions provided.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use and in their original packaging.
6. Warranty and Complaints
If the product is defective, the customer must contact us and provide proof of the defect. If the complaint is valid, SOPRO Jewellery undertakes to repair, replace or refund the value of the product.
7. Data Protection
Customers' personal data is used exclusively for order processing and will not be shared with third parties without consent. The customer has the right to access, rectify or delete their personal data at any time.
8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may resort to the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centre in their area of residence or to the European Union's online dispute resolution platform.
9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
SOPRO Jewellery reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, with the changes being published on the website and applicable to future purchases.
