Returns

The product can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in its original packaging and without signs of use. The customer must contact us and follow the indicated return instructions. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method.

Customised products, including the ones purchased with a 24k Gold Vermeil finish, cannot be returned.
